M&A Strategy Working Group
Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) have always been one of the most complex corporate transactions, with significant potential to both create and destroy substantial economic value. From general strategic considerations to financial market timing, from legal aspects to governance and integration management, everything needs to go right for a deal to yield the desired benefits.
